Michael Wildes Counsels French Expatriates

Michael Wildes, Managing Partner of the Wildes & Weinberg law firm, is pictured below offering free counsel to an assembly of French expatriates currently working in the U.S. on H-1B and L-1A temporary work visas.

The group expressed apprehensions that are shared by many other non-immigrant workers in the U.S. Their concerns were largely focused on job security in a troubled economy. Many of these individuals, having completed their academic studies at various Universities in the U.S. under F-1 student visas, are now working in Optional Practical Training (OPT) status gaining valuable work experience.

Michael Wildes, with over 25 years experience as an Immigration attorney, provided the group with pertinent information about their visa options in order to maintain legal status in the U.S. This information session, one of the many that Michael Wildes has presented, was graciously hosted by the West Side Sephardic Synagogue.
